The Code of Canon Law of the Ancient Apostolic Catholic Church
This is not a legal textbook. It is the living law of a living Church.
The Code of Canon Law of the Ancient Apostolic Catholic Church is the fruit of years of prayer, study, and fraternal deliberation amongst the bishops of our Church. Promulgated by the Primate and Presiding Archbishop with the consent of the Synod of Bishops in 2026, it is both a foundational document and a practical guide for every member of the AACC — bishop, priest, deacon, religious, and lay faithful alike.
Unlike traditional canonical texts, which often require specialist training to interpret, this Code is written to be understood. Every canon is explained. Every norm is contextualised. Every teaching is grounded in the faith of the undivided Church, expressed in language that is clear, accessible, and pastorally alive.
Within these pages you will find the full canonical framework governing Church life: the celebration of the sacraments, the governance of dioceses and parishes, the rights and responsibilities of the faithful, the structure of Church offices, the regulation of liturgy and sacred places, the administration of Church property, and the processes for addressing disputes and upholding discipline. Nothing is left unexplained.
Rooted in the ancient apostolic tradition and exercising legitimate episcopal authority through unbroken apostolic succession, the Ancient Apostolic Catholic Church here sets forth its common law — not as a monument to bureaucratic order, but as an instrument of communion, mission, and pastoral care.
This Code belongs to the whole Church. Study it. Consult it. Let it guide your ministry, protect your rights, and deepen your understanding of what it means to live faithfully within this ancient and apostolic communion.
Six volumes. One Church. One Law.

Prayer to St David
O God, who did call your servant David to be a preacher of the Gospel and a light to the people of Celtic communities, grant that we who honour his memory may follow his example: being joyful in faith, steadfast in hope, and faithful in the little things of daily life. Through the intercession of St David, may we drink deeply from the well of your grace, labour faithfully in your vineyard, and at the last come to that blessed rest where, with him and all your saints, we shall praise you for ever. Through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, world without end. Amen.
